First of all is about the behavior of each person in the organization. Everyone has their own unique characteristics and it help us in solving the puzzle, but that the same behaviors are the reason why it becomes difficult for us to know the answer in the puzzle. It is because everyone has their own solutions and everyone is making different moves.
Subordinating is quite effective, I saw the progress in the puzzle when the older on where teaching the younger one. In that, I can see that we really need a leader in the organization to guide the members.
The organization we had possess a positive one. Most of us shares own thoughts, feeling and solution towards the situation. These help the organization to improve. Based on my observation to the managers (not only to my observee ) they shows competence in their work especially in suggesting ways that they need to do and they are really motivated.
The organization is made up of managers (BSOAD 3A students) who are aggressive and eager to work. At first their attitude towards working is a good thing, because of their eagerness and aggressiveness they can do the job seriously. But if you will look on the other side, that same attitude cause the working situation complicated. Everyone wanted to do everything and no one is a leader.
There are different processes present in our organization. Communication is visible, that is why when the time comes that everyone were not allowed to talk and to have eye contact to one another , you can notice that even they can do the work but it is not as good as when there is communication. Communication serves as the connection between managers and members of the organization. Aside from that because of the lack of communication, the atmosphere becomes affected. You cannot feel any energy that roams around in every corner of the organization. Everything seems dull.
In terms of decision making, the organization exhibits poor skills of it; maybe it is because there is no designated leader. Decision making in that event becomes hard for us since we do not know which one needs to be follow. Aside from that every decision made a big effect in the organization. For example when one decided to move a piece of the puzzle, it affects the other pieces that resulting to start the puzzle all over again.
If you will look in the performances of each person, you can see that each of them was working. Each of them is talented and also intelligent, but when they combined in a group, their effectiveness didn’t show up. It only means that being good as individual cannot give you an assurance that the group as well as the organization will become effective
Still there are places for improvement; just a proper way of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of the organization and also a good team leader is needed. It is a matter of combining those skills and talent, and also the right behavior. As of the last meeting we didn’t finished the puzzle, but the time will come, I know we will.
